Adult Wellness & Prevention Screening 9 Feb 15

There is an Adult Wellness & Prevention Screening scheduled at St Paul's Episcopal Church on Monday, 9 February 2015.  At our location there is also an opportunity for a 
*Lipid Panel".

As the flyer states a Lipid Panel (includes a breakdown of cholesterol-HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Cardiac risk ratio).  This screening is available by appointment on the designated day for a cost of $20.00.  To schedule an appointment for the screening, call 544-2484, ext: 1 for appointment.  Fasting is required before this test.
