The Rev. Dr. Don Dallmann
Don, a retired Lutheran pastor, came out of retirement to be our Pastor for three years (The agreement for full communion between the Episcopal and Lutheran [ELCA] churches allows a Lutheran pastor to serve an Episcopal church.) He retired again in the fall of 2008.
Don and Barbara moved to Cambria in 2003. Don was ordained in 1963 after earning a Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. He earned a Masters Degree in Sacred Theology from the same school in 1971 and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in 1991.

A Message from Pastor Don

St. Paul's has been and continues to be a wonderful blessing to me and to Barbara. It was an (unexpected!) blessing to me when St. Paul's called me to serve as its pastor (Unexpected, because I certainly had no intention of "unretiring" when we moved to Cambria). And it has been a blessing for us that Fr. Fred invited us to come back home to our church family so soon after he started to serve St. Paul's. We are delighted to have Fr. Fred as our rector and feel we and St. Paul's are blessed to have him as our spiritual leader. We got us a good 'un, for which we thank the Search Committee, the Vestry and the Holy Spirit.
We fell in love with St. Paul's very quickly after arriving in Cambria, and our bond to our sisters and brothers in Christ in this beautiful, little family of faith continues to increase. For all of which, it is our duty to thank and praise, serve, and obey (God). [A common Lutheran phrase.]
