Dear Church Family,
I hope you had a great Fourth of July this past Tuesday! Here are your updates for July 6, 2017:
Many thanks to Leonard Kohout, whose efforts with ATT have resulted in a new service plan that has already resulted in significant savings to the church in just the first month. Great Job, Leonard.
Scarecrow season is just around the corner. If you’d like to see St. Paul’s continue the tradition of displaying a scarecrow during the October Scarecrow Festival, and are willing to help create one, contact Michelle in the office. Many thanks to those whose past creative efforts have provided scarecrows for this fun event: Jeff Rodriguez, Michelle Costa, Lainie DeMicco, Ann Glaser and Anne Harris Smith.
Bible class is held on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm.
Spiritual biography class is held on Thursdays at 1:30 pm.
Our new custodian, Sharon James, begins caring for our facilities on Friday. Please say hello if you run into her here on campus.
Save the date: Fall Beautification Day- We will hold a grounds beautification event on Saturday, Sept 23rd. If you can tidy bushes or hedges, pick up and bag trimmings, pull weeds or rake, we’d love your help. As the saying goes, Many hands make light work. And as I like to say, “These grounds are truly a gift; a little slice of Heaven on earth!”
Attn Sunday volunteers, deadline approaching: The deadline to report your unavailable dates for August and September is Monday July 10. Please email Carol Schutz and Michelle ASAP. Thanks.
Welcome home to Kate, Ethan and Lily! Kate will return to the piano this Sunday. We missed you all!
Enjoy your weekend!
