An excerpt from a message from Bishop Mary about the event:
“We are preparing for a January 7 visit from our Presiding Bishop, Michael Curry and his Canon for Evangelism and Reconciliation, The Reverend Canon Stephanie Spellers. She is equally well-known for her skills as an engaging presenter and her practice of the art of Christian hospitality. Ms. Sharon Jones, Bishop Michael's assistant, will also be our guest. I know we will rejoice in their presence and be inspired in our gathering together! The Presiding Bishop and Canon Spellers will join us Saturday, January 7, 2017, at Sherwood Hall

A Message from Julian Crocker to the Men of Arnold’s Breakfast Club (ABC): I've addressed this to all that I know of who have expressed an interest in participating in a reading of The Other Wise Man. I may well have missed someone, so please let me know if I need to add someone. Everyone who wishes to participate can. The "performance" is scheduled for Epiphany, Friday, January 6, 2017, at 3 PM in the Sanctuary. Afterward, the Bells of St. Paul's will perform and there will be refreshments. Tentatively, our two rehearsals will be on Dec. 28th (W) at 10 am and January 4th(W) also at 10 am. We are fortunate to have Steve who has a background in drama and will be our "Director". I will confirm these dates later. Thanks to all and let me know if you need a book or have questions or suggestions. Julian (924-1776)
Volunteer Schedules through Jan 1 have published via email. Additional copies are available in the Parish Hall, and of course, they can also always be found online via www.stpaulscambria.org I typically publish the schedules in two formats, but occassionally, I overlook one format or another. If that occurs, remember the above options if you need a copy ASAP, or you can always call the office and request I resend it in a more compatible format.
Quote of the Week: Walk the talk.
