Dear Church Family,
Here are your final updates of the year, some of which are quite time-sensitive:
Christmas Eve: We are short BCPs and hymnals for the Parish Hall on Christmas Eve. If you can bring your own BCP to church tomorrow night, that would free up some of the ones in church for use in the Parish Hall by the overflow guests. Hymnals that may have been loaned out while some of you convalesced, or practiced at home, would be welcomed back at this time, so we could also provide more of them to our Parish Hall guests. So ushers, please look around and see if any more can be transferred to the Parish Hall from the sanctuary tomorrow night. I have started a cluster of about 5 each inside the door of the Hall. Thanks.
For those who are attending Father Brian’s Christmas Day luncheon, please remember that the festivities start at 11:00 with the meal planned sometime around noonish. The menu sounds fantastic!
A reminder that the office will be closed next week, though I will be working at home on and off, on several things including the January 3rd bulletin and Annual Report. I will check messages remotely on a daily basis and answer emails on any days I am in town. PLEASE SEND ANNUAL REPORT INFO TO BOTH THE OFFICE AND TO firstname.lastname@example.org Articles are due next week. Photos are also appreciated!
January 3: Last Chance Food Sunday.
We will hold 1 service at 9:30 am.
Mark your calendars: Annual Meeting will be held after the 9:30 am service, on January 24th.
Thanks to all of our Blue Christmas and Christmas Eve volunteers! Your time and talent are greatly appreciated.
